Video Skills Workshops

Greater Manchester Libraries have been awarded £250,000 from the Libraries Innovation Fund to launch the Big Ideas Generators.

This exciting new project supporting enterprise and innovation has started rolling out across GM Libraries.

This includes regular workshops on Social Media, 3D printing, Crowdfunding, Video Making, Etsy and many more.

Ian Sandall is delivering video skills workshops on behalf of GM Libraries.

Each of the one day workshops is held in public libraries across Greater Manchester. We’ve had a fantastic reponse to the first few Workshops – and they get fully booked quickly!

Who can attend?

Basically anyone in Manchester aged over 18 who has a business or is starting one, and wants help with film and video to promote it.

What will I learn?

The workshop is everything I can cram  into a day! It includes how to plan, write, film, edit and upload your own simple videos for social media and to promote your company or business.

What should I bring?

Your smartphone and/or tablet are useful Also, your enthuisiasm and your ideas will be very welcome!
